Student Executive Board Degree Free Public Health Services Activities

The STIQ Isy Karima Student Executive Board in collaboration with IHC (Isy Karima Health Center) has held the inaugural event "Isy Karima Health Fest" on Sunday, December 25, 2022. This event aims to provide a service as a support for public health in order to form an environment conducive to a better religious life. In addition, this health festival is also an effort to improve the spirit of students who are rich in empathy-sympathy, especially to fellow Muslims and as a form of realization of the social function of BEM STIQ Isy Karima.
With Allah's permission, the event can start at 09.00 WIB and get a warm welcome from the community around ma'had. Health services in the form of mass circumcision, cupping, blood donation, and eye checks are provided free of charge to the community by inviting competent medical personnel from the Karanganyar branch of PBI (Persatuan Bekam Indonesia), PMI Surakarta, and Doctor Riza. The health service began with an insight briefing in the Special Sunday Morning Study which was attended by 250 worshippers and held at the Bilal bin Rabbah Mosque MTQ Isy Karima with the title "Healthy Living Behavior to Achieve Obedient Perfection" by dr. Supandi Hasan al-Hafidz, Resident doctor of internal medicine who is also an alumnus of Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an Isy Karima.
The total number of participants who received health services in this event reached 367 participants with details; 39 children participated in mass circumcision, 137 people participated in cupping, 66 people donated blood and 125 people got free eye checks. The committee would like to thank The Lawu Group, Karima Utama Hospital, Dandang Gulo Cafe and Hayya Homestay Syariah for being media partners in organizing this health festival.
